  Everything exceeded expectations

  Liked: Room was very well designed. We had everything we needed and more. All staff members were pleasant and helpful. It was nice to have a bar and restaurant on site, as well as lockers to hold our luggage before check-in.

  Zoku was a cozy, convenient spot for ADE and sight seeing

  Liked: Zoku was the perfect jumping-off location for sight-seeing all over Amsterdam. The XXL loft was massive and gave us tons of room for friends to crash with us after a long night. Having 2 full baths made getting ready easier too. The food and drinks in the upstairs restaurant were great, staff was lovely and accommodating, and despite being a popular hotel for ADE, it was very quiet in our room.

  Disliked: The smallest gripe: I wish there was conditioner in addition to the shampoo and soap in the showers. Otherwise, no notes.

  Lovely stay. Basic but everything we needed

  Liked: Clean and well catered for. The reception area was nice too.

  Disliked: Location wasn’t as central but still ok. Not far from transport options. The entrance area didn’t feel safe at night.

Please note that there is a 24-hour front desk and check-in is possible from 15:00. It is not needed to inform Zoku of your estimated arrival time.

Due to the purpose of clean rooms, Zoku Amsterdam can not provide an early check-in. Guests who arrive before 15:00 can leave their luggage in the luggage room on-site.

Please note that reservations of 5 or more rooms are only possible upon request. Different policies and supplements may apply for these reservations.

This property is cashless, valid credit card details are asked to hold on file during your stay. A valid physical credit card needs to be presented upon check in - no third party authorization is possible.

Please note that breakfast will be served from 07:00 to 10:00 during weekdays, and will be served from 08:00 to 10:00 on weekends. After that there is brunch on weekends from 11:00 to 14:00.

The city tax will be charged upon arrival.
