Very good
Nice location, nice hotel, good vibe

Disliked: Please improve the "invoice via e-mail" to contain the additional information, e.g., company name, VAT ID, etc.
Convenient
Liked: The location.
Disliked: Coffee and tea facilities in the room. Would have liked more rather than have to pay for it.
Okay
Liked: Near the railway station, walking distance to town, spacious reception

Liked: Very nice, clean hotel and good service.
Disliked: The rooms were very cold, I think air conditioning was not working.
Very clean and good size room
Liked: Proximity to station and town centre
Disliked: Entrance up steps and dangerous step/lip in corridor. Check in took a while
Great location next to Delft train station
Liked: Close to Delft train station. Comfortable room with much space (we got a corner room).
