Very good
Liked: Horrible Service, cleaner is screaming at guests claiming she is the owner of the property and impersonating the owner as well shouting at all guests to leave the communal area. Additionally, she demanded that guests in the communal areas were obstructing her cleaning when they were obviously not. After being harassed by the cleaner a young woman staying there took her bags and left. Additionally when I left something I room she would block the entrance with her body denying me access to my bags.

Reasonable value for money, with good kitchen, but not attractively furnished
Liked: No breakfast provided but there was a well organised kitchen with self-catering facilities for making hot drinks, a fridge and a microwave. My room was spacious with a separate area for sleeping, a sofa and a table and chairs. There were plenty of electric sockets, and both my room and the whole apartment were very warm. The bathroom and toilet were shared with the other two rooms in the apartment - I don’t remember that being in the details on your site. Everywhere was super clean. Comfy bed with cotton sheets. It is reasonably convenient for the city centre - twenty minutes walk from the main station, and in a pleasant quiet street.
Disliked: The toilet is very very small. Luckily I am not fat. The room and the apartment are quite bare and the furnishing is IKEA basic. The feel of the place is cheap student accommodation, backing on to a messy garden space. Not luxury, as in its name! Clearer instructions on entering the apartment and finding the key to the room would have been good, with some photos of the house, the key pad and the room key safe.

Disliked: This is a room in a shared house. There is only 1 toilette and 1 bathroom for 4 rooms. Are u crazy? Felt like a student ro wait in a queue for WC. Totally misleading. On top of the whole circus there are cameras inside???? What the hell is this Big Brother? Both wifis don't work.

Disliked: Shared spaces - toilet, bathroom, kitchen. Was mentioned in the text, but you gave to look for it
Liked: The apartment-style accommodation enabled me to self-cater, using the more than adequate kitchen facilities, and thus enjoy an economical holiday. Sharing kitchen and bathroom facilities was no problem, as the other guests in the accommodation were friendly and respectful, and everyone co-operated in maintaining the high standard of cleanliness.
Disliked: The only issue was a delay in obtaining the correct instructions for wi-fi, which I'm sure will be remedied by the owners. I would happily return to Garden Room Cleo.
