Liked: Location. Room big and comfy. Bed quite comfy. Bathroom spacious and clean.

Disliked: 1) Extremely noisy room on the local pubs with single glass windows - noisy till late in the night. Ear protection devices were provided by property in the room. That was not reflected in the description of the hotel/room appropriately. 2) Automatised check-in/check-out: processese do not seem to be yet fully synced. I was asked to pay twice for city tax, once with a QR code printed left on the bed, which i did, and second time through the check out email. I replied to the latter explaining I already did pay via the QR code, but I did not receive the promised answer by any physical staff member (nor by any AI behind). So I got stuck in the "check out process" and I had to leave anyway. I am ok with automatic processes and I believe the manpower replaced should be invested in tuning the relevant automatised processes (so investing on a different type of manpower), not just transformed into cuts and profits. At a quick glance on Booking, hotel was in fact marginally cheaper than other ones apparently similar but operating on a manned reception.

Nice location, friendly service, decent sized room

Liked: Location was good. Staff were nice. Size of room and bathroom. Storage was good

Disliked: Shower water was low pressure and badly designed shower space as didn't stop water going everywhere. Problem with toilet not flushing as no water. Mentioned to staff and was quickly fixed

Cozy stay in a great location

Liked: Loved the cozy atmosphere and the downstairs lounge area. The bed is very comfortable and the room is spacious, everything is very clean and warm (in the Netherlands this is not always the case). Perfect location, even for a longer stay
