  Liked: Great position,near a tram route into the Hague plus right next door to the Kunstmuseum Close to the embassies plus the Peace Palace.

  Disliked: Parking at €30/day (€50/day for non-residents. But there are good EV charging points.[

  Disliked: The bed was terrible; the double bed split in two, the gap widened, it was completely mediocre.

  Average stay. Marriott can and should do better

  Liked: The restaurant staff and the food were excellent. However, the front office staff were quite slow and made several mistakes. I was overcharged, and they did not seem to be familiar with the applicable conditions and policies. This negatively affected what would otherwise have been a very good experience.

  Disliked: There was a strong sewage smell in the elevator and basement areas. This should be investigated and resolved, as it negatively impacts the guest experience.

  Good stay but service and attention to guests needs should be better

  Disliked: We booked for 3 people in one room and there was only amenities (towels etc) for 2. Room was not cleaned Hairdryer was broken and we requested a replacement that never came…
