Very good
Only stayed a few day so it was ok
Liked: Loved our stay staff extermly friendly and helpful breakfast was good Location excellent for us I asked for a quiet room and got one
Disliked: The bathroom sink was so slow empty I did mention it twice but it wasn't any different when we left. The trim around shower door was in a bad way black made it look tatty
Liked: Very spacious room & comfy beds, kind staff, super location just 10 minutes walk from The Hague Central Station and although quiet, very very near to countless restaurants/cafes and main shopping streets
Disliked: If I have to be picky, no mini fridge.
Nice place for exploring Hague city center
Liked: Everything was clean and comfortable. The location was very close to center.
Disliked: The lights in the room all turned on at once. It was difficult to use the lights in the night.
Great hotel. Lovely friendly staff especially lady at breakfast!
Liked: Lovely friendly woman at breakfast. So cheerful and wished everyone a good morning and hoped they enjoyed their breakfast. Breakfast was excellent. Chose to eat early as after 8am was very busy. Good to know this in advance. Great location. Short walk to Central Station. Near the bars but not too loud to disturb if you wanted an early night!
Disliked: Thought we were stuck in the lift. Wouldve helped to have been told when we checked in about needing the key to activate it. Had to ring the bell as the lift stopped and we didnt know why

Liked: Amazing location in the heart of The Hague. Fantastic service provided by the staff, great breakfast, clean, comfortable and well equipped rooms. A free upgrade offered to us which was a pleasant surprise.
