Liked: That I actually got the room I booked after pointing this put after the check in was done.

Disliked: That I booked the late check out and this was not communicated properly. And housekeeping was trying to enter the room before I was even checked out.

Great stay in a beautiful city

Liked: Excellent hotel in excellent location. Best wifi I have measured (300Mbps). Check-in in my native language (kudos to Elena). Well-designed room.

Disliked: Breakfast could be a bit richer. Also had a problem with wardrobe lights always on, which they did not manage to fix in time.

  Top location!

Liked: I've stayed here before and I'll be back for sure. Great location! Right in the middle of The Hague. Walking distance form shops, restaurants and entertainment. Rooms are well equipped with everything you need. Hotel facilities are also good. Gym good use some more machines but at least you have the basics.

Disliked: Time to start changing the bed mattresses.
