Liked: The location of the hotel was great. You can easily reach scheveningen within a short 5 min walk. There are beach bars and restaurants with great food along the boardwalk.

Disliked: The beds were terrible - the topper on the bed kept falling off as me or my husband moved on the bed. Also there was no airconditioning in the room which made the stay quite uncomfortable as it was very hot - even though we used the fan provided. The breakfast was also very limited and was not great - the bacon was hard, the eggs looked terrible - was not appetising. I would skip the breakfast and get brekkie on the beach instead.

Great location, good hotel, but not perfect

Liked: The location was great, its directly near the kurhaus and shops. The kiosk in the lobby was great as well.

Disliked: The double bed contained two matresses which we didnt like. The chromecast was outdated and we wasnt able to use it.

All in all no complain about location it’s just the bed/mattress which is of great concern

Liked: The property was in a great location, beach, restaurants, trams all easily in reach

Disliked: Room was very small the mattress (can’t really call it a mattress more like sponge ) was horrendous, I’ve never come across a mattress and even base of the bed was soft, not sure if all the mattresses in all rooms are like this, I recommend the managers try sitting or sleeping on those beds for them to understand the beds are not acceptable.
