  Disliked: The hotel does not have a reception desk. Unfortunately, on the morning we were leaving for a very important appointment at a government office, the entrance door would not open. We had to call for assistance, and it took about 20 minutes for someone to arrive. Those 20 minutes were extremely stressful because we were worried about being late for our appointment. I would like to mention, however, that the staff member who came was very polite, sincerely apologized, and arrived as quickly as possible. Nevertheless, for future trips, I will probably choose accommodation with a 24-hour reception or staff available on site.
