  Nice view but no management taking care

  Liked: Big room, fun view of the beach.

  Disliked: You have to pay extra for parking (30/day) and breakfast (25/day). Parking was not close to the hotel. The rooms were noisy: heard kids screaming/crying from other rooms or floors. Also heard the conversation of the room next door. And every time some neighbour closed their door, we felt the wall behind the bed move. Wellness was small and not taken care of.

  Overpriced, loud, and misleading – deeply disappointing stay

  Liked: The property features a really pretty view, and the breakfast had a good selection of choices.

  Disliked: I paid a premium price for a spa room expecting relaxation and quality, but this stay was an absolute waste of money. The website outright lies about the amenities: the promised 'hot tub' is nothing more than a shallow whirlpool bath. Even worse, the rooms are definitely not soundproof as advertised. I was kept awake all night by neighboring conversations and the constant, loud humming of other guests' whirlpool jets. The breakfast setup is equally frustrating. You can't schedule your times in advance and have to wait in line every day just to get a time slot—only to stand in yet another line when your time comes. To make matters worse, people were publicly scolded by staff simply for sitting at a table for more people than their group. For the expensive rate charged, this level of noise, chaotic service, and staff behavior is completely unacceptable.

  A very nice beachside stay

  Liked: Our second time - lovely beach location and nice indoor pool

  Disliked: Reception were not as welcoming as other hotels.

  Liked: Spa on the 13th floor.

  Disliked: A four star hotel as a standard should have a coffee machine in the room, a kettle without cups is not enough. Only two sachets of coffee, only water glasses in the room but no bottle of in the room fridge. White coffee ordered at the bar served with two displays of cold milk. Overall disappointed, this should be a three star hotel, not deserve a four stars.
