  Liked: We had a wonderful stay at Bruno’s place and felt very comfortable from the beginning. Bruno was super friendly, helpful and always happy to assist us. The location was great, and everything was just perfect for us. We really enjoyed our time here and would happily stay again. Thank you, Bruno, for making our stay so lovely!

  Copy, quiet and nice - just like in the pictures:)

  Liked: I stayed for two nights while travelling from one conference to the next. I loved that the house and the room & bathroom was well equipped, one immediately felt at home! It really is as cosy as in the pictures. The area around the house is very quiet (felt completely safe) and the beach is😍 During my stay: I could cook for myself, attend online meetings, take a quick walk to the sea, take the bus to The Hague and have a look at beautiful art, drink coffee and visit bookshops.... to summarise: have a great time as a young professional travelling. 10/10 would recommend. Bruno, the host, gave me a room-tour upon arrival, a list of recommendations on what to visit and a bike to use! He really went the extra mile and one can notice he genuinelly likes hosting and wants people to feel at home. He's also super helpful if something breaks or there is an emergency in the house.

  Liked: We had an amazing time at Bruno’s apartment! Not only was the place super comfortable, but what really made the experience special was the host. From the moment we arrived, Bruno went above and beyond to make us feel welcome – sharing local tips, hidden gems, and even some great restaurant recommendations that we’d never have found on our own. It felt like having a local friend! The check-in was smooth, the location perfect for exploring the beach and The Hague, and the apartment had everything we needed (and more). You can really tell that Bruno cares about the guests – communication was easy, and he was just genuinely cool and helpful throughout our stay. Would 100% stay here again. Thanks for making our trip unforgettable!

  Disliked: Parking was a bit of a challenge due to the tight space and needing to reverse in, but even here Bruno came to the rescue – he kindly offered to park the car for us, which was a huge help and just another example of how thoughtful and accommodating he was.

Check-in & Check-out

Check-in: 16:00 – 21:00

Check-out: 8:00 – 10:00

Quiet Hours (21:00 – 8:00)

You are welcome to come and go freely, but we kindly ask that you keep noise levels very low during these hours, both inside and outside. Respecting our neighbors’ rest helps maintain a positive community atmosphere.

Garden Hours (9:00 – 21:00)

The garden is available for peaceful activities such as reading, relaxing, or quiet conversations. To preserve the calm environment, please avoid late-night gatherings or loud phone calls.

Shoes Off Inside

The house is a barefoot or slipper zone. Fresh slippers are provided. After the beach, please shake off sand outside to keep the space clean and comfortable.

Food & Drinks

Kindly avoid eating or drinking in bedrooms. The dining room and garden are designated spaces for meals and refreshments.

Kitchen Use

Guests are welcome to use the kitchen for breakfast, reheating food, or takeaway dinners. Please scrape dishes, load the dishwasher, and leave the kitchen tidy for everyone’s comfort.

Windows

Please close windows when heading out to avoid unexpected weather surprises indoors.

No Smoking or Drugs

Smoking (including cigarettes, vapes, cigars) and drug use are not permitted anywhere on the property. If you need a smoke, there are nearby outdoor areas available.

Utilities

Please be mindful of water, electricity, and heating usage. This helps us care for the environment and keep the space sustainable.
