  Liked: Great place to stay as it is quite spacious plus has a little kitchenette. It was quiet - the windows look into inner courtyard. You can book it with a parking spot (extra charges apply). The parking is outdoors but safe as it is in the inner courtyard of a townhouse (10-minute walk from LVM Stays). The location is easy within tram and bus transport links.

  Disappointing stay due to poor communication, no housekeeping, and lack of basic services

  Liked: Location is ok,

  Disliked: Overall, the stay was disappointing. The TV was not working, there was no breakfast or laundry service, and there was no iron in the room. During my 6-day stay, nobody came to clean the room or collect the trash, and I did not see any service staff. I also sent several requests and messages to the hotel, but nobody responded or provided any assistance. The checkout time was also very early, before 11:00 AM. Overall, the stay was only fair, and the lack of communication, housekeeping, and basic services needs significant improvement.

  Liked: Great stay in a wonderful location! The accommodation is situated in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood, right next to the Peace Palace and the International Court of Justice in The Hague. The location is extremely convenient, with dining options and a supermarket very close by, and a tram stop just a 4-minute walk away. Access to the city center is also very easy, even on foot. The room itself was quite spacious and well-equipped with cooking facilities, a fridge, and a coffee maker, making our stay very comfortable. Highly recommended

  Disliked: A few minor suggestions for an even better stay: It would be very convenient to have a couple of espresso cups available in the room. Also, the mattress could have been a bit more comfortable/supportive

  A convenient, modern, clean apartment close to town centre with all mod cons needed for a city break

  Liked: The apartment was clean and modern. It had all the basic amenities that you would need to self cater for a short stay. The mezzanine bedroom had a roomy feel to it, the ground floor living area was smaller but cozy. The small patio outside the room was fine for sitting out in the evenings. The location was ideal for getting into the centre (walking or by bike) and there was a very handy small supermarket nearby. Overall a nice place to stay for a short break and would use again. The hotel is in a quiet area so not much noise from outside. It was a stones throw away from the Peace Palace which is a lovely place to walk to and view.

  Disliked: The self service check in process uses an app that gives you the door codes after the appropriate check in time. Great, except that if you dont have a mobile data connection on the day of your arrival you have no way to get in. This happened to me and I phoned the hotel contact number, the automated response patched me through to an emergency contact number where I got an answering machine. I left a message but never got a call back. We managed to gain access after connecting to the neighbouring Pizza restaurant's wifi. If you're going to operate a self service check service then you also need to have an actual person at the end of an emergency contact number to help when things go wrong - not an answering machine. The lighting in the hallway is a little too low to clearly see the pin pad for entry to the room and you need to have a small torch or light to help with this.
