  Very good hotel

  Liked: Large room, very busy that day and they gave me a free upgrade to a superior room with a fantastic view

  Great comfortable room

  Liked: After arriving it turned out that we were guest of the day, meaning we got a free upgrade to a better room. The room was great, with a kingsize bed and a nice bathtub. Breakfast buffet was also nice!

  Great location, wonderful hotel, and friendly staff

  Liked: The staff were friendly and very welcoming. The breakfast offer was excellent. The room itself was great, and we really appreciated the little welcome gifts and messages. Its also conveniently located close to the highway, and public transportation systems.

  Worst checkin experience

  Liked: Location was good as good proximity to office and rail station

  Disliked: No staff present at time of check-in. I had to wait outside ringing the bell at porch area and stay outside in the rain and wind. Only after a while came the staff to open the locked door of the hotel. It was a very bad experience to check in, especially when you are tired and the reception takes 30mins to attend saying the computer and system are not working. I will not recommend anytime to stay in this NH hotel group.
