  Uninhabitable room with bed bugs, stained linen, and a hotel that knew about the infestation before

  Disliked: The room was handed over in an unacceptable condition: the floor was sticky, covered in glitter, and the bed linen had large visible stains. When I reported this, I was told housekeeping would only be available the next day. That same evening, I discovered a bed bug in the room and had to leave the hotel immediately and book alternative accommodation at my own expense. What makes this particularly concerning: publicly available Google reviews show that other guests had already reported bed bugs in the very same room just one to two weeks earlier. The hotel was aware of the infestation and continued to let the room regardless.

  I recommend it

  Liked: The location is perfect,close to everything!!!Very easy self check in, exceptional communication with the owner.Value for money,very also good that had kitchen and coffee machine!

  Disliked: At our room the bed was uncomfortable, specifically the mattresses cause where separated.The bathroom although was very clean had weird smell like sewerage and there wasnt door and for a couple like us is not the best option.

  As stated earlier, we did not stay

  Liked: We didn’t actually stay so I can’t give an opinion.

  Disliked: We arrived approximately an hour and a half before checkin. The hotel was difficult to locate so I rang and spoke to a woman. She very firmly advised that we could not check in till 3pm. She further added we could not leave our luggage there while we waited until 3pm when we’d receive an email advising how to get into the building. She was very abrupt and not at all helpful and my wife and I decided we would not stay at the hotel.

  Great value for money

  Liked: Had a bit of trouble getting front door to open but got it sorted quickly. Staff were friendly.Fantastic location and great value for money.

  Decent place but toilet and bathroom has no door! Be prepared to have steam and funk in your room!!

  Liked: The place is quite decent and spacious. The beds are comfortable although the bathroom sink looked dirty.

  Disliked: However my major objection was finding out the bathroom and toilet had no door! So imagine using the toilet or taking a shower and having the room filled up with steam or funk. I found that really uncomfortable. Also this important info was omitted until I have paid and committed and upon my arrival.
