  Left after three nights due to cleanliness issues and a room that differed from the listing

  Disliked: I booked a 13-night stay but left after three nights because of several problems with the accommodation. The room I received differed considerably from the photographs I had seen when booking, particularly the sloping ceiling, skylight and layout. During my stay, I found insects crawling in the bathroom and a stain on the bedding that looked like blood, although I cannot confirm what it was. The freezer compartment was so heavily iced up that I could not use it to store the food I had bought. I documented these issues with photographs and also recorded a video of an insect in the bathroom. I reported the problems, and cleaning was subsequently offered. However, I expected clean bedding and a properly cleaned and maintained room from the start. Taken together, these issues made me uncomfortable staying, and I moved to another property. The property refused my request for a refund for the ten unused nights. At the time of writing, that refund remains unresolved. A very disappointing experience.

  Comfortable stay in a very beautiful room

  Liked: The room was very nice, and very clean. It was modern it had all the facilities we wanted. Communication was excellent, and getting into the room was very easy.

  Disliked: We liked everything! Just one point of attention is that the exhaust in the bathroom did not work, other there wasn’t any.

  Liked: We really enjoyed our stay! Everything was clean, comfortable, and convenient. The accommodation had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. We were especially happy that we booked a parking space — it was a huge plus and made our trip much easier! The location is also great! It’s easy to reach The Hague, Rotterdam, Amsterdam, and the beautiful Dutch windmills. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this place. Thank you for a lovely stay! ❤️

  Worst stay ever!

  Liked: The first apartment was a nice area and conveniently located.

  Disliked: First I am so disappointed with this place it ruined my whole trip. Second day there we woke up to a leaking ceiling from raining so much we called and got meet with not so good options. We were ask if they send someone to fix it and give us 30 Euros will we stay there we thought that was completely wrong of them why would anyone want to stay in a place with the ceiling that leaks and only ask to refund 30 Euros. On further inspection we notice that the wall paper on the wall had mold in it so this place has leaked before that was definitely a no on staying there. So we called back to let them know it was not acceptable so then they decided to offer to move us to a different location which mind you we came with our other party it was five us so now my husband and I had to be further away from our party that came with us which was not convenient at all then we ask if they can assist with helping us move to the new place so we wouldn't have to spend money on a uber they told us we don't do that I was just so discussed at this point I couldn't believe they wouldn't help us to move to the other place because this was definitely there fault not our. We had to again pay for a ride to get to the new place which was of 50.00 in US dollars with all our luggage so here we are far from our other party we brought with us who apartment was fine so they couldn't go with us to the new place. We get to the new place in Den Haag downtown we enter the building it immediately smell of mold and trash at this point we was just tired and wanted to sleep. That didn't happen because it seems this second place was for the younger generations because we got woken by loud neighbors and loud screaming and this was going on all night and morning so we didn't get any sleep at all.

  Nice place, good location

  Liked: Good location, excellent public transport connections (tram stop for going to the Hague Centraal or centrum or Delft or Scheveningen, literally within 2min.walk). Compact, stylish studio, with well equipped kitchen, nice bathroom. Responsive staff - when we reported an issue with the bathroom wash basin, we got a response within few minutes and it was sorted within 15min. Modern, efficient system to access the accommodation.

  Disliked: The issue with bathroom wash basin could have been avoided if the sink was inspected before.
