    Fine stay

Liked: We got a complimentary upgrade to a kingside bed. The room was clean, and the bathroom was fine. There was a nice little kitchen with some appliences and cutlery etc. The staff were very friendly.

Disliked: Because of the room's shape, it didn't feel very spacious. There wasn't enough seating in the breakfast corner, and the breakfast options were limited. Note that there are two hotels in the same building.

The location and view from the window was insane, + the option to have a coffee, juice in the lobby

Liked: We did arrive quite late there, so I do understand why there were a lot of other people; however, not a good job was done to accommodate as many people - there were no clean glasses, cutlery at both of these mornings, it seemed that there is a problem of being understaffed. Also a lot of the foods had ened - no bacon, eggs, cottage cheese, when asked for a refill we didn't receive an answer back. +The cut-up fruit in the ball tasted old and sour both of the days.

Disliked: Blood stains on the sheets and also under the sheets on the matress.

Very comfortable. Especially quiet at night. Appreciated the overlapping curtains, an unusual touch

Great location, large and comfortable room, not so impressive breakfast service, the laundry a bonus

Liked: The location is very good for train travellers like me, quite close to den Haag Central station. This also made it very easy to take a day trip to Delft (recommended!) or other nearby towns. You're quite in the middle of the city, so it is easy walking to the central sights and shopping areas. The room was very spacious and fine, with a kitchen area, ample space to sit down and read / eat, and a good view out over the city. Also great facilities in the bathroom, with a walk-in shower. The breakfast, served in the reception area on the 9th floor, was okay - nothing more. I would perhaps have expected a bit more quality and variety in the offerings, considering the price you pay - but the quality of the room and the location is probably the main thing here. A great touch for me was the laundry room, as I could freshen up my used clothes by having access to the washing machine and drier provided there. As I was more or less in the middle of a longer trip, this was very convenient.

Disliked: The hotel was not so easy to find, as it is on the upper floors of a larger building with the Moxy hotel occupying the lower levels. If you know beforehand you are looking for the Moxy, I believe it would not be a problem. Also, the breakfast area was at times very crowded - you could barely find room to sit at the counter. They have notices advising you of the favourable times to have breakfast to avoid the rush, but when on holiday I like to relax and sleep a little late - like many others, it turned out:-)
