  Liked: Location was good, close to the main station

  Disliked: Check in was a problem as the digital key did not work. We were issued replacement hard keys, but was not informed. Dust in radiators and mould in silicone of shower. Tv screen had lines down it from previous damage. A couple of shabby bits like film peeling off counter, gaps in floor board. Not expected for the price paid.

  Very nice location and a pleasant apartment. I would gladly stay here again when visiting The Hague

  Liked: Nice apartment close to the city and train station. All basic necessities were available in the apartment for everyday living. No complaints about the beds other than it being two single beds joined together instead of a double bed. The location was reasonably quiet despite being close to the central station. Barely noticeable even when sitting outside, and not noticeable at all when inside. Response from the host to questions was prompt

  Disliked: Some very minor annoyances. There was a small leak that caused the cooktop to get wet (I cleaned it before going to sleep, and it was wet again in the morning). It appears to be coming from the bathroom drainage line behind the kitchen cabinet. Fortunately, it wasn’t consistent and only happened from time to time. There were only two large bath towels for four adults, but we luckily brought spares. Overall, these were very minor issues and did not affect our stay, and they were not significant enough to justify spending vacation time to notify the host or raise a complaint.

  Disliked: dust everywhere, the place needs renovation for furniture. kitchen cabinet smells damp and the freezer needs defrost and cleanded. the pillow only 1 and is flat vacuum cleaner not working eventhough the staff has replaced the dust bag

  Liked: Good location, well equipped, spacious apartment and just enough storage/closet space.

  Disliked: Really dirty, from the entrance. Extremely dirty carpet on the hallway, flaky walls in the room, dirty armchair, dirty rug and poorly maintained furniture.

  Liked: Close to the city center and the train station. Çlear instruction how to enter the property. Nice and clean. Quite area.

  Disliked: Dishwasher did not work, but the owner promised to fix it. There is no oven, only microwave with a grill. But this wa not a big issue since many restaurants were within 10-15 min walk.

Good to know

Online Check-in Required: Before arrival, guests must complete the online check-in process. They will be asked for credit card information during this process. The information will be used to settle outstanding taxes and services if applicable. We no longer work with physical keys. Our guests can expect their digital keys by 3:00 PM on the day of check-in once the apartment is ready and online check-in fulfilled. To send you the digital keys, we need your correct email address and phone number. Please send us the right contact details as soon as possible. Check-in is at Boomsluiterskade 339, 2511VH, The Hague. Check-ins are contactless, meaning that there will be no reception or person to welcome the guests at the property. We encourage guests to ensure their mobile devices have enough battery and internet access to open the front door and apartment door with the digital keys.

We will be available until 6:00 PM to assist guests with practical matters and questions around their apartment and check-in.

Practical Information: Inside the apartment, our guests will find a blue book with the Stayci logo on the dining table. This book contains the Wi-Fi password, apartment details, and emergency contact numbers. We are available via email and phone for any questions.

Bed linens, 1 small and 1 large towel per guest, are provided.

When traveling with pets, only dogs are allowed upon request please note that an extra charge of 35 Euro per pet applies. Please note that a maximum of 2 pets are allowed.
