  A perfect stay. Highly recommended

  Liked: Modern,large room with a wonderful electrical fireplace. Central location, very close to a tram to and from the train station. Beautiful interior design in both the hotel and the restaurant. Very friendly and professional service. The breakfast is plentiful and delicious.

  Great location, nice rooms, complimentary mini bar to top it off

  Liked: The complimentary mini bar is a great addition to the overall experience.

  Disliked: We have stayed several times now, the room, this time was my least favourite, it was a bit small and felt like we were in the attic. You had to walk upstairs after the lift.

  Beautiful building and decorated room in luxury area

  Liked: Staff were lovely Aesthetic lovely Room very very nice, huge with separate living space spa bath and kitchen area plus lots of storage. High decor Location in best area, next to high end shops and restaurants

  Disliked: Lack of utensils in room for kitchen provided Very old TV's expect smart TV's at the cost Breakfast is one set menu, nice but more variety options be better (healthy would be ideal)

  Liked: Everything about this place was comfortable and warm. The fireplace in the room was great. Staff were warm and helpful. Breakfast was excellent- served to table. A few free drinks in the minibar was nice. Even the entrance to the elevator makes this feel special. Since you walk through the back, near the kitchen; it makes you feel like a special guest. And the location was super.

  Great stay. Staff was wonder. Would definitely stay again

  Liked: Centrally located. Easy in and out access. Restaurant is downstairs from rooms and is wonderful.

  Too short. Will come back

  Liked: Loved the suite and the central location. Staff were really helpful. Went out of their way to gelp.

  Disliked: Busy restaurant. Waited a long time for our food at dinner. Our desserts were melted and Strawberry Romanoff had no strawberries. Breakfast made up for it.
