Lovely, well located apartment marred by sewer smell

Liked: Really great location in the centre of The Hague, next to good cafes and restaurants. The apartment itself is large and the kitchen very well equipped. Check in was easy and even though the location is in the middle of the city, it was very quiet inside the apartment.

Disliked: There was a strong smell of sewage that stuck around regardless of whatever we tried to do. Our guess was it came from a structural issue in the inner courtyard. Despite several attempts by the host to rectify this, the smell was just there constantly.
