Liked: Location is great and rooms are very big

Disliked: our room had no windows and a skylight so when the sun rises the room is just very bright and we cannot cover the skylight. So you kind of just wake up when the sun rises. The furniture is to a minimum but that is not very much an issue.

Disliked: The curtains are almost falling. They don’t write clear what is included in the toiletries. The staff or owner is lier. Poor service.

    It was a room

Liked: If you want a room in the centre of town, this is that. Otherwise no staff at all, no facilities at all (not even a kettle) and a room lit all night by the light in the hallway. A hostel experience for (cheap) hotel prices.

Disliked: Someone on site would have helped us feel safe and confident if something went wrong. And the lack of a kettle hurt.

Liked: The AC didn't work and it was impossible to breath in the room so the windows were not opening either. The drain in the shower didn't work either and the water was not draining. There was some trash under the windows poor cleaning. The young boy at the reception was not helpful and barely spoke English

Central and comfortable but very difficult to get into. Would not stay there again

Liked: The location was convenient for shops, restaurants, secure parking and attractions. The bed and shower were very good. The hotel did not provide breakfast.

Disliked: The lift did not work and my partner is disabled. There are no on-site staff and getting in was very difficult: everything has to be done by phone and we were eventually sent an entry code but this took four phone calls and was very complicated. Although the room itself was clean the public areas (e.g. staircases) were not.

A charming stay in a spacious historic mansion with an excellent location

Liked: Beautiful old mansion in a great location. The room was spacious, bright, and full of character, with high ceilings and large windows. Within walking distance of the city center and railway station. A charming and comfortable stay.

Disliked: The room was exceptionally spacious, and the furnishings were relatively minimal for its size. This wasn't an issue for us, but some guests might prefer a warmer or more decorated atmosphere.
