  Disappointing

  Liked: Location and parking availability

  Disliked: Had to change room as ours had a very bad musty smell; the new room was one with the bathroom in the room which we wouldn’t have chosen.

  Great place to stay

  Liked: The hotel felt very welcoming and the staff were lovely. Our room was very clean and the bed was so comfortable, I loved the decor to.

  Disappointing stay in what should be a flagship hotel

  Liked: The location is good for our personal needs and on a half-hourly bus route to The Hague Centraal Station.

  Disliked: The whole process from booking to the stay was poor. Room condition was not good (damage, loose fittings), catering was mixed (one meal was poor and the recompense was "we'll give you a free cup of tea.') Housekeeping was late in the day to make up room and failed to undertake change when promised. Apparently reception, catering/bar and housekeeping do not talk to each other - an issue highlighted on a previous visit.

When booking 6 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements may apply. The hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation if the group policies are not met.

Please note that for our suites a deposit of €250.00 is required upon check-in. The deposit can only be paid by debit or credit card. It is not possible to pay the deposit in cash. After check-out, the suite will be checked and provided that the suite is in a tidy condition and our house rules are adhered to, the deposit will be refunded.

Please be well informed that dogs are allowed upon request but only for the Comfort Plus Room with bath and this needs to be discussed with the owner first.

A deposit may be required at the property.
