  Cozy accommodation in perfect location

  Liked: Perfect location, beach in walking distance. Parking either on driveway or reserved on street close to the accommodation. Comfortable beds. Very kind hosts.

  Liked: The room was clean and comfortable with a nice bathroom and hot shower. The location was good, close to the trams. It was easy to get to from the main train station.

  Disliked: DO NOT STAY HERE UNLESS YOU ARE GUARUNTEED TO ARRIVE IN THEIR STRICT CHECK IN TIME. The owners are inflexible on check in times and were extremely rude and patronising. My flight was severely delayed and I kept the owners updated throughout the afternoon. The owners originally said no problem and said where the keys will be left. After 12 hours of travelling, alone and nearly midnight, the owners locked me out, there were no keys. It took 30 minutes for someone to come to the outside gates and they were intoxicated and rude. There were no keys left out and therefore the owners knew I wouldn't be able to get in. They preceded to send patronising and rude messages to me. I will never stay there again and I have complained to booking.com. This was a very distressing stay.

  Disliked: The heating was very bad. I waited for more than half an hour and the room didn’t warm up. There was also no parking for the car, even though it was mentioned on Booking.com. We were four people and expected to stay together, but there was one room on the second floor and another on the first floor, with no heating. I would never have booked this place.
