  Convenient location to explore Utrecht

Liked: Location, so close to rail station, shops and the old town.

Disliked: * Breakfast choice limited compared to similar hotels we have enjoyed. * inconsistent service regarding replacing used consumables in the room. * bad room design created noise and vibration from both neighbours as the closed internal doors… or maybe they were both inconsiderate of other guests!

Quality hotel ideally located in shopping mall near Utrecht Central Station with nice staff

Liked: Choices at breakfast, helpful and cheerful staff, location near Utrecht Central Station, clean rooms, comfortable bed.Large television screen.Comfortable temperature.

Disliked: No wardrobe, only hanging space for clothes, no drawers. Room on the small side. No fried eggs at breakfast, and bacon too dry. Ran out of fresh fruit quite quickly. Would have been nice to have a hook on the outside of the room's door to hang the cards about cleaning the room (hanging them on the door handle meant they always fell off).

  Liked: The location is excellent.

Disliked: 1.The room is small. 2.When I arrived in the station I couldn't get to the Hotel easily...Google maps took me far away from the mall entrance...also a man took use another very far entrance...and the mall was in front of us! The Hotel entrance is only in the mall. 3.The bathroom door is not a door.
