Disliked: It was a bit cold in the room and you can't regulate it.

I would definitely chose to stay in another NH hotel in future

Liked: Nice uncluttered well-designed room. Great views. Very comfortable beds. Fast lifts. Complimentary popcorn was a nice touch!

  Disliked: Free breakfast?

A pleasant and comfortable stay in a convenient location, with room for improvement

Liked: The room was comfortable, clean, and well maintained. The breakfast quality was good, and the hotel's location was excellent, particularly its proximity to the railway station, which made travelling around very convenient.

Disliked: Although the breakfast quality was good, the variety was relatively limited compared to the hotels I usually stay at. Additionally, basic amenities such as a toothbrush were not provided, which was unexpected based on my previous hotel experiences. Complimentary drinking water was also not provided or replenished as expected. Improving these aspects would make the overall guest experience more enjoyable.

Good hotel for a business stay near central train station

Liked: Hotel near a work destination, clean and quiet. I arrived late and just had dinner at the lounge - the staff was great and the food was very good for a hotel! The breakfast was excellent and Check in and Check out was super smooth.

Disliked: The internet was very poor - as it was late I didn't need to do too much work, but if I had it would have been very difficult.

Liked: The beds are comfortable. The breakfast is varied and tasty. Only the scrambled eggs were bland.

Disliked: The A/C was making a lot of noise and same goes for the fridge. I had to switch them off.
