  Terrible. Room was not fully cleaned, old food in fridge, parking difficult, no manager to help

  Disliked: We didn't like that there was no one at the hotel to greet us, or let us in, and to ask questions to. The reason we chose to stay in a hotel was to have a person who could provide guidance and answer questions. This was not clear in the description of the hotel. It should not be called a hotel, but rather an air bnb. Looking through old reviews of the "hotel" now I saw this comment repeated and shows the owner has done nothing to reconcile this mis-representation. In addition on Booking.Com it said there was free parking. That is not accurate. The parking was far away and we were very upset to learn about this and encounter the stress of having to find a parking spot in a new location on a dark and rainy night. We tried to contact the company three separate times on What's App but only got critic descriptions back about the parking location and a link that they sent us about the free parking didn't work. They also provided information about the option of procuring a blue disk at a gas station or store for parking close by, which was very involved. We finally found the directions for parking offsite attached to the outside of the hotel door when we arrived but by then we had parked the car. The room was not finished being cleaned - there was old sushi and milk in the fridge and the towel in the bathroom had holes in it and the tub was worn looking - see pictures. Regarding the stairs, although many dutch stairs are steep, it would have been helpful to know in advance. Finally, breakfast was mediocre at best. We asked if they could provide scrambled eggs or plain yogurt instead of hard boiled eggs and sweetened yogurt and they said they could but we would have to notify them a day in advance. We left hungry and dissatisfied. The owner tried to call us at breakfast but we didn't want to talk at breakfast and had to rush out so we didn't have to pay for the free parking, which ended at 9AM.

  It was worst stay in Europe ever. Even after multiple try to change the room, was not able to make it up. And not worth

  Liked: Nothing - was kept in underground room and it was like a jail ( fully packed and no window.. ) Missed breakfast because of the time change saw late in the morning in room.

  Disliked: Got a bad room, after multiple call to receptionist, and chaser got a someone to connect.?
