  Liked: Location was great, close to Centraal Station.

  Disliked: No coffee making facilities, no heating working in the room, could not eat food in the room.

  Our usual hotel with some unexpected CG changes

  Liked: The hotel is centrally located and still retains some of the original style. Some of the staff, Annette, for example, were very helpful, others not so much.

  Disliked: When booking the room I could not see any info about there being a lift or not. As I have mobility problems I cannot go up two flights of stairs and needed to be reallocated at the last moment. The room we were given was not anything like we had expected, with a window looking out on a wall and a rather uncomfortable bed. I think the room info should be improved.

  Better communication needed!!

  Liked: Location great, affordable, clean

  Disliked: The location is fabulous, but be warned about the parking situation and the gentleman at reception with very unclear parking instructions. We initially arrived at a traffic control light, but was unable to gain access into the area where we need to go. There was a board, but it was not very clear on what it meant. For a foreigner, it was very uncertain. I called the hotel multiple times, and my call got picked up and then immediately on hold. I called multiple times and the same happened. The gentleman answered once, saying to please hold, and I waited 17 minutes before the call got dropped. We eventually re-rooted and drove to an area close to the hotel and walked to reception to ask how we can get it. He just said we should go park in front of the hotel. There was no access, unless you go through those red lights, and when I asked him about it he pretended to not know what I am talking about. I asked him how will I gain access and he said that the boom will pick up my number plate. He then told me to go. When I got back to the car, I realised he did not even take my car registration number, so had to walk all the wat back to the hotel. Luckily there was a very helpful lady this time. It took us more than 1.5 hours to figure out how the system works to gain access into the hotel parking!! Very dissatisfied with how the gentleman assisted us with not giving us correct information and also not taking calls. There were plenty guests trying to gain access like this, and had to do the same as we did. Other than that bad experience, the hotel was fab. Great location, clean and very spacious.

  Liked: Location

  Disliked: Water accumulated after the shower in the bathroom and as the toilet wasn’t separate, it wasn’t possible to use the toilet. Even though we told it a few times, the technician was so busy and that’s why it got fixed after hours. During that time we weren’t provided with another appropriate room. After they fixed it, they didn’t wipe the toilet floor well and it was still wet.

  To expensive for the facilities. The first time in Holland when I don’t say ‘wawww’!

  Liked: The location is good, but the room is very small and the view from the room was to a wall. There was no wardrobe, just an hanger. The bathroom was very nice. The breakfast was very poor. We could only choose croissant to serve with coffee. The food was also not very varied. The staff didn’t ask a word about our stay when we left.
