  Nice hotel in the holiday village around the marina

  Liked: Spacious room with large bathroom. Nice atmosphere holiday village of houses around a marina. Useful facilities in the hotel of a little shop and small pool, also bike rental. Launderette on site (run by the marina, not the hotel). Several restaurants nearby. Pretty tourist villages of Volendam and Edam nearby. There is a bus stop nearby if you are coming by public transport with buses direct from Amsterdam Centraalnice hotel in the holiday village around the marina station.

  Disliked: No flannels (facecloths) or tissues in the room. Only 3 fixed times for breakfast that you have to register for in advance. For a cooked breakfast the only choice is scrambled egg and bacon.

  Disliked: There are some guest who got drunky and disturbed at night middle night, thèy try to open the knob of our door and shouting, so loud walking back and fort the lobby and we don't have any number to call from there security while they said, that security is not alowed to enter inside hotel, they stay just outside, in shortly, when there is disturbance in the hotel, you have no one where to report to control the disturbance. I feel its not safe

  We had the most amazing time in Holland, the Dutch people were so friendly and welcoming… we’ll be back:)

  Liked: We travelled as a large group of friends with families. The hotel is perfect, some of us rented house and some stayed in the hotel. The hotel rooms are modern, with a large comfy bed, great facilities and Rituals products to use. The location is very pretty, and practical. The bus stop is right outside the hotel so very handy for exploring other towns and Amsterdam. Breakfast is lovely too:)

  Disliked: There was no flexibility around check in. If check in is 3pm don’t expect to be able to get your key early.

  Pleasant surroundings Everything was in walking distance

  Liked: Great table service not what you would usually receive in hotels with breakfast included

  Disliked: Unfortunately the pool was closed. After a lengthy days travel we were looking forward to a swim. One of the reason this hotel was booked. Even though breakfast was great service the coffee machine was broken
