  Great 10 days but wouldn’t come back unless there were upgrades

  Liked: Reasonably clean, younger staff, cleaning staff and reception were always very pleasant.

  Disliked: Very basic for a four-star hotel. The buffet food was edible at best, which is not what you expect at this level, and some of the older staff were quite rude and overly strict. The hotel also has a lot of unnecessary rules. Pool towels have to be returned or you are charged €20 each, which is a crazy price for a plain, unbranded towel that costs about €3. Lose your key card and it is another €20. I have never stayed at a hotel with this rule; they normally just cancel the old card and issue a new one. These things cost next to nothing and guests should not have to worry about losing a tiny key card while on holiday. You also have to give your room number every time you enter the restaurant, which makes no sense when you are already wearing a wristband. To top it off, there were ants throughout the room, especially in the bathroom and kitchen, and the room itself was dated.

  Lovely holiday in sunny Albufiera

  Liked: Lovely food and friendly staff. Clean rooms and hotel. Good location.

  Great hotel

  Liked: Beautiful hotel in a great location. Lovely and clean and the food is fantastic. Staff and animation team were all very friendly and helpful

  Disliked: This is not a dislike just a suggestion to have some tables and chairs set out on the sunbathing area so guests can sit comfortably watching their children at the mini disco. And it would also be good so you can watch the outside evening entertainment.
