  Big apartment, but not quite what expected

  Liked: Big apartment with nice balcony at a reasonable price.

  Disliked: We were in about 10 minutes away from the main reception and pool/bar. There was a pool outside the apartments but not with the facilities - this was not clear on booking. The toaster was also broken and there was quite a lot of ants.

  Great location, about a 10 min walk to the old town. Friendly staff especially Paulo at reception. We arrived very early

  Liked: The apartment we had in block 2 with a sea view was very spacious. The added bonus of having a large roof terrace with sun loungers and a parasol was a lovely surprise. Air con and safe were free of charge.

  Disliked: The furniture in the living room and bedrooms need updating.

  Liked: Very central location, rooms were very clean and the staff were so helpful and friendly. The bathroom had been refurbished and was very spacious, great for a short stay.

  Disliked: We traveled with a 1 year old and so walking down to the town with a pushchair was very difficult (lots of stairs). The area around the pool could be cleaner and safer for small children.

  Nice stay

  Liked: Nice location away from the main hubbub of Albufiera. Fairly steep climb uphill to reach on foot Lidl & Aldi walkable

  Disliked: As self catering would be nice to have at least salt & pepper provided. Plenty of of equipment, understand can’t promise a lot but a few condiments would be nice

Good to know

New Year parties are not permitted in the apartments or in any other area of ​​the complex. This property does not allow bachelor parties and similar parties.

The maximum capacity of the apartments cannot be exceeded, and it is not possible to add extra beds. All guests, including children, must present their ID upon check-in. This procedure is mandatory for check-in. Otherwise, check-in will not be possible and cancelation conditions will apply.

All apartments are cleaned 3 times a week. Towels are changed twice a week and bed linen is changed once a week.

In case of early departure, the property will charge the full amount of your stay.

Beach and pool towels are available at an additional cost and with a refundable cash deposit.
