  Great accommodation with some changes

  Liked: The pool was wonderful. Lots of guests still in October for the UK half term but all entertainment and some bars close down which is a shame.

  Disliked: We were staying on the furthest sight and we used taxis for our trip. We were unable to get the taxi to drop us at our accommodation which is up hill and a 10 minute walk. Hard with lots of shopping, young children and after a day out. The lighting was poor along the route which wasn’t helpful when it goes dark at 7pm in October. Why taxis are not aloud to accommodation I don’t know as all other cars are allowed. We also reported we didn’t have any hot water in our accommodation several times and this never got fixed

  Liked: Amenities: pool, bar, restaurant, shop etc

  Disliked: Some of the showers didn't work properly; you had to push the button every 5 seconds to get water. We went in October and the nights were pretty cold, so a heater in the room would have been helpful. Aldo, a kettle in the tent would be great as well. Other than that, I have nothing bad to say.

  My day was amazing. I couldn’t have asked for more the beautiful staff the friendly atmosphere and the tropical vibe of

  Liked: I loved the pool. It was amazing. I spent a lot of time there as well as the beach at Albuera and overall it was just a fantastic day.

  Disliked: In the middle of the night if you have to go to the toilet it’s a bit of a hustle. I was staying at a festival tent like a Glamping tent and even though it’s just a short walk it felt a real effort to go from the tent to the toilet would be good if they had toilet toilets amongst the tent or even ensuite toilet toilets
