Disliked: Could not get the heating to work. The A/C worked fine but unfortunately I get very cold easily and the heating let me down. Spent 3 days trying to get it sorted out but it didn’t happen. This is my only criticism because everything else was just fine.

For a 4-star hotel, it leaves much to be desired

Liked: Breakfast was at another hotel; we had to leave the 4-star hotel to have breakfast. It doesn't make sense for a 4-star hotel not to have breakfast service. On top of that, check-out was at 10:00 am and breakfast ended at 10:30 am, meaning we had to walk around with our luggage. If we go to a hotel, it's to relax and enjoy ourselves, not to rush around with limited time.

Disliked: Another negative point: when I booked the room it said we had free internet... we had to pay, and it was only free for 10 minutes. When I arrived the day before, I had to shower with cold water.
