  A great few days away with friends

  Liked: Pool area was well maintained, our room was good, had a lovely pool view. Staff were very accommodating when we asked for more towels/ directions / recommendations etc

  Disliked: We came slightly out of season so some parts were closed. Not a negative just an observation

  On its arse

  Liked: Pool, bar and mini golf are good. However the hotel its self is very dated. There’s no money getting put into this, it’s as if they’re leaving it to rot. We had a leak in our room, water coming through the ceiling expect it was from the water tank because we were on the top floor. It took around 12 hours for them to sort this problem. And then they still had the cheek to keep 50 euro from a deposit because we lost a room card. The staff were not very helpful, when asked the cleaner to clean our room, it still did not get cleaned until the last day. We had a line of ants coming through our room from the first day. If I was looking for somewhere for my family then I would not choose this hotel.

  Clean, Friendly and Good Value for the Price

  Liked: Overall, Ondamar was a nice place to stay and we had no major complaints. The hotel and reception area were clean and were regularly being cleaned throughout our stay. Our room was also kept clean, with housekeeping coming around every other day, which was perfectly fine for us. The staff at reception were friendly and helpful whenever we needed anything. It’s not a luxury hotel, but I think the price reflects that. For what we paid, the standard of the accommodation and overall experience was fair. If you’re looking for somewhere clean, friendly and reasonably priced without expecting anything too fancy, Ondamar does the job well. Overall, a pleasant stay and good value for the price.

Good to know

Please note, for all reservations it will be requested at check-in a security deposit, credit card details or in cash the amounts are EUR 200 (Studio), EUR300 (One Bedroom) and EUR 400 (Two Bedroom) per apartment upon arrival. If refusing to leave security deposit, the hotel has the right to refuse their check-in.

The security deposit will be refunded upon check-out if there is no damage in the apartment, the apartment does not need extra cleaning and there is not any record of misbehavior of the clients.

Please note that the hotel reserves the right of charging a bad Behavior fee.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
