Fabulous
A hidden gem in Ilhavo!
Liked: This hotel was recently opened and renovated with taste. Great location downtown Ilhavo with parking. The owners, a young couple who also operate the hotel, are very welcoming and professional. Our room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast room was cosy and the food excellent!
I strongly advise against staying here
Liked: There was nothing I liked about the property.
Disliked: I strongly advise against staying here because of both the conditions in the room and the way the property handled communication after check-out. The room was very small, the bathroom fan was broken and extremely noisy and there was a strong smell of mould despite the use of artificial air fresheners. Damp and mould were also visible in the stairwell, including areas where the paint was visibly swollen. Access to and from the parking area was very difficult. By the evening, the intense smell of mould had triggered a migraine and nausea. After I reported the issues to Daniela, we were able to check out without any financial penalty and had to find another hotel after 9:00 PM. After check-out, I asked the property to delete our personal data. They later claimed they had never had any such data, despite the fact that Daniela had taken photos of our documents during check-in. She has since stopped responding to my messages.

Liked: Staff were excellent, room was splendid, garden was relaxed and pool welcoming, location and breakfast.

Liked: Very nice place, quiet, clean, awesome breakfast and its arrangement, super kind hostesses, great facility, very beautiful town, We loved it!
Disliked: The only thing I would avoid is too much air fresheners everywhere.

Good value, great place
Liked: Laura is amazing. And so it the location, the pool and the room. The hotel is in an interesting street. Make yourself happy and go to restaurant Navegante.
Disliked: Cakes and juice at breakfast could be fresh. But Nice presentation and good coffee.
