Exceptional
Perfect and comfortable
Liked: Great designed flat. Everything available at the flat, even soap for the washing machines. That was so kind! Extra coffee and tea. I felt like I was at home. Staff was terribly kind! I asked for something extra and they didn’t even asked twice. They had the kindness to give me what I asked. Thank you so much! You deserve not only 9 but a 10 point review! Ahh Almost forgot. The bed and pillows are super comfortable!
Disliked: The bed and pillows, the cleanness, the arquitecture of the flat. Having the 2 washing machines and the kindness of extra soap and extra coffee and tea.
Liked: Well equipped, clean, good sized apartment with easy check. Secure entry system with a lift. Centrally located yet quiet
Clean and spacious unit in a convenient location
Liked: 1. Great host, very responsive and the check in instructions were very clear. 2. Building with elevator for those with big luggages. 3. Convenient and central, yet quiet location 4. Room is spacious and very well equipped 5. Great rain shower in the bathroom
Disliked: 1. Bathroom sink had very slow drain but it can be easily resolved. 2. Either the refrigerator or the air conditioning unit stops and runs continuously and generates a humming noise that is noticeable at night. 3. It would have been perfect if the room had a microwave for heating up cold food.
Pleasant visit to the ‘Venice’ of Portugal

Disliked: Needed help with operating the cooker.
