Decent place to stay. Little out of the way though
Liked: Lovely comfortable room. Bed was very comfortable Facilities great
Disliked: Fast train right outside bedroom window. Extremely noisy. Lucky they stopped at 22.00
Wonderful place to spend a night when visiting Aveiro
Liked: An interesting arrangement. Formerly a 3 bedroom apartment - practically a whole floor of a villa. The master bedroom turned into a "room with private bathroom" while two other bedrooms share a bathroom. A spacious living room and kitchen for common use. Space in the cupboards and shelves in the fridge clearly assigned to each room. Coffee and water freely available. A small porch with two chairs, a table and an ashtray also availble. Comfortable bed. Clean modern bathroom. Very nice owner, very patient with my limited Portugese. Perfect for an overnight stay.
Disliked: Trains passing by right outside the window. No airconditioning. Far from city center - requires a car. Common kitchen and livingroom. But none of these disqualify the place.
Amazing homestay experience
Liked: Ana Paula was the sweetest, we felt right at home staying in the space and it was super spacious! Would absolutely stay again when traveling back to Aveiro.
Very enjoyable stay
Liked: Pretty property in residential area. Decent-size, renovated, clean and nice-smelling room. On the 1st floor. Attention to detail everywhere. Good mattress, nice sheets, fluffy towels. Complimentary bottle of water. Access to well-equipped kitchen with dedicated shelves for each room. Complimentary coffee and cupcakes - very nice touch. Access to living room with comfy sofa and TV. Quiet, even though it backs to railway tracks. Free street parking. Good instructions and travel tips provided by the host. We enjoyed our stay. Good value fir the money. Highly recommended.
Disliked: Location is not the greatest, but fine if you come by car.
Best hosts ever
Liked: Everything. It is in a quiet neighborhood, it is very close to downtown, it has parking. The room was super clean with a beautiful view to the palace. The hosts were a delight: Mario and Paula are very welcoming, very nice people. I would definitely come back if I had the chance. Lovely place with lovely people.
Disliked: Everything was great! No complains.
