Exceptional
Perfect family vacation home! We loved it
Liked: Everything about it, the location, how beautiful, peaceful and quiet the area was. Very safe and family-friendly. We met some of the neighbors as soon as we arrived, and they made us feel like family. Awesome experience and stay.
Disliked: That we could not stay longer. We did not want to leave, it was idyllic.
This was the perfect location for a family trip - exceptional views, quiet and very safe and homey
Liked: The location was ideal for a family vacation. My family and I felt right at home the minute we walked through the door. It was spacious and very welcoming. It was beautiful - from the home, location and an easy drive into the city as well as over the border to Spain. Plus the views from the house were amazing.
Disliked: Not much to dislike, everything was as expected and described.

Liked: Absolutely charming home restored to perfection in the style typical to the region. Great location to access Chaves and the rest of the region. The host Duarte was in frequent communication to ensure our stay was going well. I will definately be staying here again, and recommending this special place to all of my friends.

Lovely and calm
Liked: The house is pretty special, you feel it’s history from the first minute. It feels cozy and warm and comfortable. Breakfast or dinner at the family’s farm close by is highly recommended.
