  Only stayed 1 night on our way from Spain to Portugal. Hotel was excellent and breakfast was superb

  Liked: We arrived on a motorcycle and the hotel was easy to find and plenty of off road parking.

  Disliked: The metal bollards stick out beyond the kerb and are very difficult to see. I damaged my vehicle and saw someone else do the same thing

  Great place to stay in Chaves

  Liked: Staff was very kind and welcoming. Modern room, comfortable bed, luxury toiletries. Thank you for welcoming bottle of water and for allocating the room on high floor. Outdoor pool looked great, during summer months - it’s a must do. Location fabulous - famous Termas Chaves almost next door, nice walk alongside the river to town / Roman bridge/ castle/ (max 10min). Helps to have free parking in front of hotel (be careful driving/parking as driveway in poor condition - hopefully planned to be fixed).

  Disliked: Glasses made of glass rather than paper would have been more appropriate. Thought, the fridge was missing in the room.
