  A must go to!!

  Liked: Everything!!! Air conditioning in the room was awesome! If you are a person who gets hot, it is very cold but you can also turn it down or off if not a cold person. Very rare in my travels to Portugal. Rooms are huge for the money!! Breakfast was great with lots of choices! Everyone was very nice and spoke lots of languages. Overall, one of best experiences in Portugal!!

  Liked: Estavam 32 graus no dia do check in e quando cheguei ao quarto estavam 40 graus lá dentro, ar condicionado desligado. Liguei o ar e o quarto não arrefecia. Liguei para a receção e o técnico foi lá ver e disse que ia verificar. Saímos para jantar e quando voltei as 11h da noite tudo estava igual, estava mais quente o quarto do que lá fora. Eu estou grávida, super cansada só queria descansar. Fiz as malas e saí do quarto. Cheguei à receção e reclamei porque mesmo depois de ter pedido um técnico o problema continuava. Esperamos mais de meia hora para ter um novo quarto que quando entramos o ar estava desligado também, ainda esperamos mais meia hora para o quarto arrefecer… resumindo, fiz check in às 17h depois de uma viagem longa que só queria descansar e só me consegui deitar depois da meia noite. Inadmissível, péssimo profissionalismo. Das piores experiências que tive.
