  Liked: Outdated decor, could do with a refresh, but clean and comfortable. Reception let us park 2 x motorbikes in one bay so charged us for just the bay, not per bike. You cannot pre-book the parking so have to hope there's space when you arrive.

  Very nice practical hotel with helpful staff in very good location

  Liked: A very nice practical no fuss hotel. Very courteous helpful staff. Very Good location. Lovely breakfast. Nice little balcóny. A fridge in the room is a bonus. We had good secure parking for our motorbike.

  Disliked: I would have liked a little bottled water in the room on arrival. Also it would be lovely to be able to make a tea or coffee.

  Hotel close to everything

  Liked: Very central to the main hub of Chaves, lots of restaurants with love music very close to the hotel.

  It’s unlikely that we will return to this hotel

  Liked: The breakfast was very good. The location was acceptable.

  Disliked: We were not allowed to leave our luggage or to park our car until we had checked in. We were not allowed to check in until 4 pm. This meant we had to spend hours,occupying ourselves in town, in 35+ degrees of heat. We were not happy! Furthermore,we had to pay our bill before even seeing our room.
