Pleasant
Liked: Instructions by the owner.
Disliked: To be asked for personal documents after a non refundable booking. Also, the room was on top of a very, very claustrophobic round stairwell. If I have had a bigger bag, I don't think I could have gotten it to my room. The whole thing felt like something out of an horror movie, but maybe that's just me. I think it's great for travelling teenagers who just want a place to crash after partying all night.
An overall pleasant stay, great location. The room needs some TLC but all was nice and clean

Disliked: The noise insulation from other rooms is not the best and the bathroom could use a few more hooks and shelves so we can put our toiletries and clothes while in there.

Disliked: The staircase was extremely narrow, steep, and uncomfortable to use. To reach rooms 4 and above, guests have to climb these stairs, and reaching room 8 requires climbing yet another similar flight. I am not a particularly large person, yet I kept bumping into the walls because the passage was so narrow. Carrying a suitcase upstairs was almost impossible, as there was barely enough space. We had booked and paid for two nights, but the overall quality was so terrible that we decided to leave after just one night. Unfortunately, because the booking was non-refundable, we could not get our money back for the second night. This accommodation is completely unsuitable for anyone travelling with large luggage, as well as elderly guests, families with children, or people with mobility difficulties. This serious accessibility issue should be clearly disclosed before guests make a booking.
