Exceptional
I would stay here again undoubtedly
Liked: Great little hotel in a fantastic location. Excellent breakfast and very friendly staff. Highly recommend this place.
Disliked: Bathroom a bit smallish.
Great hotel, service and care - we will definitely be back!
Liked: We had a fantastic stay, and what really made it memorable was the staff’s genuine sense of care and hospitality. They were incredibly warm, welcoming, and attentive, especially with our baby. You can tell how much they value the guest experience through all the thoughtful touches—like having coffee and treats available throughout the day, and their partnerships with local spots that offer a little extra. The room was clean, the location was great for enjoying Ericeira, and the breakfast was good quality with plenty of variety. It was such a lovely experience, and we will definitely return without hesitation!
Liked: Loved the vibe of this hotel! Excellent location for shopping and restaurants plus close to the beach!
Overall disappointing due to strong mildew smell in our room and lack of helpfulness from staff
Liked: We were told that some breakfast food and coffee would be available for our early morning departure, but there was nothing set up.
Disliked: Staff were completely unhelpful regarding parking. Staff at a nearby FLH hotel were extremely helpful in terms of finding parking. Also, our room strongly smelled of mildew.
Wonderful place to visit
Liked: The staff was wonderful. The breakfast was fantastic and the location was great.
Disliked: Pictures made it look a little bigger than it was
Great stay!
Liked: Nicely designed, pleasant atmosphere and clean.
