NIc accommodation but customer service could be improved

Liked: Location is fantastic. Room was comfortable with a small kitchenette -good from making our picnic lunch.

Disliked: That they would not provide extra towels and coffee pods. Ericeira is a beach town and we asked for extra towels to go swimming - we were refused. No extra coffee pods so bought some. Not a huge deal but a few extra pods would have been good customer service and increased our satisfaction with the property.

Clean and comfortable room in the centre of Ericeira

Liked: Right in the centre of town. And easy access with the door codes they provide. The room was clean and comfortable.

Disliked: It’s quite noisy - on the road outside and also inside the building (you can hear people coming in and out- the doors don’t really block out any noise). But if you have a pair of ear plugs you are fine. Also the response time to messages was a bit long.

  Lovely

Liked: The guesthouse is well located, close to the village center. Our stay was short, and we enjoyed every moment.

Disliked: We had 2 rooms, one for us and one for the kids, bathroom was a bit small to manage. The bed is not really a double but 2 separate beds.
