Exceptional
Liked: Genuine, super friendly staff in a clean, centrally located hotel with complimentary coffee, tea and cake all-day. Not fancy-smancy, so exactly right.
Disliked: All was excellent.
Easy to recommend
Liked: Great location, everything was as expected.
Helpful Staff and Central Location
Liked: Sonja on the desk was very helpful, including finding a restaurant that was open for dinner on a Tues. evening and also providing some good information regarding: a local surfing spot we were looking for. Breakfast, coffee and cake in the lobby, the decor in the room, and the seaview from the balcony/deck were other high points.
Disliked: The size of our “premium suite” room was surprisingly small!
Liked: Beautiful hotel, superb location and very helpful staff. Highly recommend
Liked: Clean, comfortable and a lovely breakfast. It was also awesome to have tea, coffee, biscuits and cake available at all times for free.
Disliked: No complaints at all.
Really enjoyed our stay. The location was fantastic
Liked: Great location. Incredibly friendly and helpful staff.
Disliked: We liked everything about it.
