Liked: The hotel is lovely — very clean, comfortable and perfectly located. But what really made my stay special was the owner. She is incredibly kind, welcoming and genuinely cares about her guests. After I came back exhausted from the 12 km Passadiços do Mondego hike, she even offered me lunch, which was such a thoughtful gesture! She was also extremely helpful when my car broke down and had to stay at the garage, letting me leave my luggage at the hotel until it was ready. It’s the kind of place where you immediately feel welcome and well looked after. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it. Thank you so much for everything! 😊
