Very disappointed… discrepancy between advertisement and reality

Liked: I was cleaned and tge swimming pool and outdoor space were good.

Disliked: It was nothing as the outside photos in the booking website - they manipulated the photos to make it seems a much better and sophisticated place than actually is. The apartment was poor equiped (not enough glasses, nor mugs, nor bowls, nor pans). The toilet was broken and to use it you had to take the lid off. The oven and the stove were electric and were not functioning 100%. It was advertised as the apartment having washing machine and had not. And mentioned mountain views and the view was to the next houses and to the swimming pool. The bunk bed was placed in the wall way between the apartment front door and the only bathroom with no wardrobe or any window which made it very very uncomfortable for our kids (in the photos and description of the apartment this was not visibly and not mentioned - i even doubt this apartment has a licensed as aptly for turism.

Great Quinta right outside of town! Would recommend!!

Liked: Huge beautiful room, really sweet host, would deff recommend and stay again. All these negative comments should be ignored, this is a traditional portuguese quinta, don't expect a 5 star hotel. This is a great place for an amazing price!
