  Nice accomodation with modern facilities

  Liked: Amazing view from the 15th floor. All the modern facilities you need in the apartment. Nice and spacious apartment. Good communication with the host. Good enough bed. Good couch in living room.

  Disliked: I arrived at night and there was no bottle of water in the apartment, which most places have for new arrivals. Especially at night, when everything is closed. There was no soap or small items for shower/toilet to use at arrival. There was no cleaning service offered, eventhough I stayed 2 weeks. Only one set of towels and bed sheets. I received one set of towels extra after asking. Balcony has only sunlight till around 11:00. The rest of the day is in shadow. And since it’s a corner building, very windy and cold on the balcony when there’s no sun.

  Disappointment, property not as described. Only 2 things were good about it the view and shower

  Disliked: Bedding awful. Pillows on bed the cheapest you can buy and sweat stained, no protective covers on them. Additional pillows in wardrobe the same but had to use coat hanger to get them out because shelf was so high. Mattress cover on bed stained and hairs on it. The bed was lumpy and we suffered 3 sleepless nights before moving out at great cost. The living room had no comfort whatsoever, very hard sofa bed. No bulb on standard lamp so had to have overhead lights on, which were very bright, not exactly relaxing. Curtains were hanging off the rail. The router for WiFi was on the floor with leads and wires, not exactly safe for anyone staying with children. No coffee table, side tables in lounge area. We paid over a 1000 euros for this and only stayed 3 nights very, very disappointed. This holiday was to celebrate my 70th birthday and all I wanted was somewhere clean with a comfortable clean bed for a good nights sleep.
