A disappointing stay with serious hygiene issues and no response from management about compensation

Liked: The location was good and central to downtown activities. The space was also quite large and had laundry facilities and coffee pods.

Disliked: Unacceptable cleanliness and no follow‑up from management. We arrived to blood‑stained bedding and a filthy couch that housekeeping never cleaned. Although management sent someone to replace the sheets, the core hygiene issues remained unresolved. Despite requesting compensation for these conditions, management has not responded or apologized.

Liked: Beautiful, comfortable spacious 3 bedroom apartment on the edge of old town; lots of sites, restaurants, and shopping within walking distance! Paulo our host, gave us excellent check-in instructions and responded quickly to our inquiries. Would highly recommend!
