  The stay was good beside the bathroom

  Liked: The location was central

  Disliked: The bathroom was dirty. Shower wasn’t clean. Mold was in the tiles. A lip gloss was under the sink

  Liked: Perfect location and hotel

  Disliked: I left my charger in the room, and the next day the hotel told me that housekeeping hadn’t found anything. It’s very strange and disappointing that a hotel of this standard seems to accept the possibility of theft by its housekeeping staff without any investigation. Replacing the charger effectively doubled the cost of my stay.

  Amazing hotel, fabulous location, great breakfast. If you can get a good rate on booking.com, as we did, you won’t be

  Liked: The location of the hotel was superb and though our room was on the smaller side( we chose that as it fitted our budget better) it was more than big enough and the views were wonderful.

  Disliked: My only small complaint was that the small wine bar didn’t let you pull chairs over from another table to make room for our party if 4 do we had to sit at 2 separate tables of 2.

  Disliked: Anyone can come in the hotel and go in the lifts as a shortcut from the upper bridge to lower bridge (and they did).

  Perfect location for a Porto visit

  Liked: The location is perfect between Gaia and Porto, directly at Ponte Ferre on the top, or Ponte Luiz on the ground floor. Very comfortable. Lovely bars, great for a sun downer. Tram in front of the door.
