  Cute hotel, helpful staff, but lots of stairs

  Liked: Great location! Restaurant and cafes right there. Very cute boutique hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Especially with carrying luggage up the stairs. Then the lift took luggage up to room. But you still need to climb 4 flights to get to your room.

  Disliked: The room was small and a bit noisy from other guests. I think it’s because of the creaky floors?? We were woken up several times in the night from this. It was quite loud and startling. The 4 flights of stairs was a tad tiresome after a long day. But the adorable hotel made up for it.

  Wish I could stay here longer. Perfect stay!

  Liked: 100% would recommend and stay here again. This is a boutique style hotel that is spotless clean and very well maintained. Ceasar greeted us on day 1. Checked us in and took escorted each of us to our rooms, made sure we were settled. This was an amazing touch. Soraia and Liliana were amazing. They made the amazing breakfast that we had each morning. They will make eggs to order if asked. Soraia makes the best cakes. This place is a must stay. Directly across from the Mercado. Centrally located. This hotel is a MUST.
