  Great room

  Liked: Beautiful room.

  Disliked: Just a little noisy from rude guests just letting their doors bang shut very loudly. Doesn't take much just to shut it quietly.

  Liked: The property is in an old mansion with lots of character. The apartment was clean and comfortable. There are beautiful grounds and a pool, with a laundry room available for use. We especially liked the car space available on site behind locked gates. It's located within an easy walk to lots of restaurants and attractions and there was a cute wine bar just outside the gate. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a great time here.

  We enjoyed a relaxed and comfortable stay

  Liked: Property had character and charm and was an oasis in the middle of a built up area. It was quiet and peaceful but with easy access to shops.

  Great location for visiting Porto

  Liked: We were met and shown around the whole property including details as to how to come and go to/from the property. The room was spacious and comfortable with most of the amenities needed. The garden and pool were a big plus and the villa was located close to many restaurants and pedestrianised areas. Car parking was easy in the villa's grounds and a space is allocated for your entire stay which is great

  Disliked: The outlook view from our room was dire. The villa is quite old and inevitably the wooden floors creak which may be off-putting for those staying beneath. Also the electrics, kitchenette and bathroom are quite odd - functional but antiquated. Wifi is not available throughout the room. The storage for clothing is virtually non-existent except for hangars. Descriptions on B.com could make it clear which rooms look out over the garden/pool and which are upstairs or downstairs.
